My name is Kaye Williams and I help vacation property owners like you rent their properties. I’m local to the area (been here for 30+ years), am a licensed Realtor and a vacation owner myself. I’ve also helped many others with their rental management and real estate needs.

Rental Program Details
My program is simple – I charge a flat $250 fee to market your property for you for a 6-month period. In addition – you don’t pay that fee until I get you your first lead. There are noo hidden fees, no long-term contracts and you get the benefit of having your property professionally marketed online by a real estate agent to over 900 real estate sites… for 6 months.
